1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TaskWala Solution India platform ("TaskWala", "Platform") operated by TaskWala Solution India ("we", "us", "our") at taskwalasolution.in and related Telegram bots.

By creating an account or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create a TaskWala account and earn or redeem reward points.
• You must be a resident of India with a valid Indian phone number.
• You must have a valid redemption method in your own name — such as a gift voucher email ID or mobile recharge number — to redeem reward points.
• Each person may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all reward points.
• TaskWala employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to earn reward points.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account with any other person.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access your account or complete tasks.

4. Tasks & Rewards

4.1 Task completion

Reward points are credited to your rewards account only after TaskWala verifies that the task has been completed genuinely and in accordance with the task-specific instructions. For App Review and Map Review tasks specifically, verification is based on genuine engagement (installing and trying the app, or visiting the business) — TaskWala does not require or reward a specific star rating or scripted review content. Verification timelines vary by task type (typically within minutes to 24 hours).

4.2 Task eligibility

• Tasks may have eligibility criteria (e.g., region, device type, first-time install). You are responsible for checking eligibility before starting.
• Completing a task you are not eligible for may result in rejection without reward.
• Each task may only be completed once per user unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Dice Claim Codes

Dice claim codes allocate a fixed reward pool across participants using a weighted random 1–6 roll mechanism. The outcome of each roll is determined at the time of redemption and is final. TaskWala does not guarantee a minimum reward per dice roll beyond the stated range for that code.

4.4 Reward point expiry

Reward point balances do not expire as long as your account is active. If your account is dormant (no login or activity) for more than 12 consecutive months, we may contact you before any action is taken.

5. Rewards Account & Redemption

• Your TaskWala rewards account balance is a record of reward points earned on the platform and has no cash value outside of TaskWala's redemption methods (such as gift vouchers or mobile recharge).
• Redemption is subject to minimum point thresholds, which are displayed on the redemption screen before confirmation and may change without prior notice.
• You may only redeem to methods registered in your own name. Redemptions to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• TaskWala reserves the right to delay or withhold redemption if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected on your account.
• Failed redemptions due to incorrect details provided by you (such as an incorrect mobile number or voucher email address) are your responsibility. Re-processing fees may apply.
• Reward point balances are non-transferable between accounts.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all reward points:

• Completing tasks using bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs to fake location, or any automated means.
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate or family accounts) to earn multiple rewards for the same task.
• Submitting fraudulent task evidence (fake screenshots, edited photos, false reviews, or reviews not based on genuine use of the app/business/product).
• Attempting to manipulate the Dice Claim Code mechanism or exploit bugs in the platform.
• Sharing TaskWala account credentials with others.
• Using TaskWala to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without authorization.
• Abusing the referral system — including self-referrals, fake referrals, or referral farms.
• Harassing TaskWala support staff or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TaskWala platform — including the name, logo, design, copy, and code — is the property of TaskWala Solution India and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you submit (e.g., feedback or reviews written as part of tasks) must reflect your own genuine opinion and experience. It may be used by the commissioning business as per that task's terms. TaskWala does not claim ownership of your submitted content.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform.
• That a specific task will always be available.
• A minimum daily, weekly, or monthly reward point amount.
• That reward point values will remain the same — task rewards may change as business budgets fluctuate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TaskWala Solution India shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of reward points resulting from account suspension for policy violations.
• Delays in redemption processing caused by third-party voucher or recharge providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of reward points credited to your TaskWala rewards account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

TaskWala reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected on your account.
• You are found to have provided false information during registration.
• We are required to do so by law or regulation.

Upon account termination for policy violations, any reward points accrued through prohibited activities will be forfeited. If termination is due to platform closure (not user fault), we will make reasonable efforts to process outstanding reward point redemptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our Telegram channel or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
